Tonight, I traveled to Rutgers University in New Brunswick for orientation to the South Africa Initiative program. After hearing about the sights I will have the opportunity to see, the students/learners I will have the opportunity to teach and the readings I must do in preparation for this course, I feel as though this trip is the culmination of lessons I've learned over the past 3 years! I feel a deep sense as though my life is about to change.
